Founded in 2024, Carebridge is a client-centered home care services organization listed in hnhbhealthline.ca, servicing all 16 areas of Niagara region, compliant with Ontario’s Ministry of Health requirements – including mandatory training for all staff prior to employment.
The scope of services focuses on 24/7 in-home personal care and support for daily living activities for individuals 18 years and older with a disability, palliative care, dementia care, or seniors in need of home care services.
Despite holding a small market share, Carebridge is already known for delivering reliable, knowledgeable, compassionate, safe, and client-centered services. Our strong reputation is proven by repeat business, positive word of mouth, and client referrals.
